The Ins And Outs of Our Oven Cleaning Service

WHICH AREAS DO YOU OFFER OVEN CLEANING SERVICES IN?

We are based in Banchory, but we cover the entire Deeside area, including villages such as: Torphins, Aboyne, Ballater, Drumoak, Lumphanan. We also have clients in Aberdeen City & Shire including Peterculter, Cults and Stonehaven.

HOW LONG DOES OVEN CLEANING TAKE?

It usually takes approximately 2-3 hours but this can vary depending on the size and condition of the oven. Additional time may be required for cleaning hobs and extraction hoods.

CAN YOU CLEAN SELF-CLEANING OVENS?

Yes, many ovens come with self-cleaning interiors or liners designed to burn off debris. However, not all ovens reach high enough temperatures to effectively do this. Additionally, grease and fat can accumulate behind these liners, posing a fire risk. Our technician will clean these hidden areas to ensure your oven is safe.

DO YOU CLEAN THE GLASS IN THE DOOR?

We clean the glass both inside and out, including between the glass panels where possible.

WHAT CHEMICALS DO YOU USE?

All the products we use are specially formulated for the oven cleaning industry, designed to provide a deep and heavy-duty clean. We ensure that every product is non-acidic and 100% food-safe.

DO YOU CLEAN COMMERCIAL OVENS?

No. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover commercial kitchens.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Full payment is taken at the end of your clean and a receipt is provided. You can pay by cash or BACS.

AM I COVERED IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

We conduct a thorough inspection of your appliances both before and after our cleaning service. However, accidents can happen. In the unlikely event they do, you are fully protected.

That said, there are some limitations. Appliances naturally deteriorate with use and age. While we are fully insured, there are instances where certain issues may be beyond our control.

I CAN'T KEEP MY APPOINTMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

Life happens—if you can't make your appointment, no need to worry. We’ll confirm your appointment the day before and can easily reschedule if your plans change.
